Michelle is a mother, a grandmother, a daughter, a sister, a great friend and our founder. She is grounded and effortlessly kind, when you meet her, you just know you won't forget her. She is non discriminatory when it comes to her love for humans, animals and the earth.
The Landing was created to bring humans like Michelle together, her peaceful presence radiates throughout our land and she always leaves you with a feeling of love that is unmatched. Her talents are on full display here at The Landing. One of her life dreams was to work and create with her children and The Landing is that dream coming to life.
Sierra Shaw-Serpico
Lead Director
Sierra is a mother, daughter, sister, partner, true friend, co-founder of the Landing, her ability to envision a plan and then execute it is phenomenal. She calls a spade a spade and this can make you quiver, If you are lucky enough to have her on your team there will be no question of success. Her unwavering support and commitment to her family and community is staggering.
The Landing has been born because Sierra stepped in and poured her love, skills and talents. Sierra’s diverse gifts make her the best Lead Director
